After you purchase Solutions+, we’ll schedule an onboarding call to review the partners you’re already using in our network, where you’ll recognize immediate savings, and discuss your practice priorities so we can recommend partners that address your unique needs.


There are a few pieces of information we will need to complete your assessment of profitability potential, which includes an accurate quote of your savings opportunities and your custom Growth Report. A team member from Dental Intelligence will connect with you to obtain the practice management data needed to run your custom Growth Report. We will also ask you to provide 3 months of invoices for your supplies, lab, credit card processing, and other business expenses that Unified Smiles can help you reduce. You may also be asked to provide your P&L statement and lease agreement, if applicable.


Based on the results of the Savings Analysis and Growth Report and your stated practice priorities, your Unified Smiles representative will prepare a custom action plan for your practice and review it with you. This plan will identify which areas of opportunity for production growth will be addressed first.


Monthly meetings will be used to execute the action plan and track and evaluate progress towards goal.
